The following is a sample of the standard Declaration of Trust document which UKcorporator will produce for you if you require. The sample below is suitable for the case where the shareholder / trustee is a company as opposed to a natural person (i.e. human being). A similar document is generated in cases where the shareholder / trustee is a natural person.

The company referred to in Item 1 ('the Trustee') has subscribed to the memorandum of association of the proposed new company referred to in Item 2 ('the Company') and has thereby agreed to take and pay for the shares in the capital of the Company referred to in Item 3 ('the Shares') and hereby DECLARES that upon registration of the Company, the Trustee will hold the Shares and all rights attaching to them and all dividends and other distributions payable on them in trust and as nominee for the beneficiary referred to in Item 4 ('the Beneficiary') and the Trustee undertakes to transfer the Shares to the Beneficiary or to such other person as the Beneficiary may specify and otherwise to deal with the Shares or act in relation to them as the Beneficiary may from time to time direct and the Trustee APPOINTS the Beneficiary as the Trustee's attorney with power on the Trustee's behalf to transfer the Shares to the Beneficiary or to such other person as the Beneficiary may specify or otherwise to deal with the Shares or act in relation to the Shares as the Beneficiary may direct and to sign, execute and complete any transfer, blank transfer, proxy, consent to short notice or other document which the Beneficiary may consider necessary or expedient for any such purpose and this power of attorney is irrevocable and given by way of security.
